How much was it? I want to go to KSS, but I'm not sure if that will qualify you for your CCS racing license.

According to CCS new Racer handbook the KSS is an authorised school to get your race licesnse

Cool !! I did not know that. I thought it was just for general knowledge. It's a lot more expensive than Bargy's, but I think it would be awesome to learn from him and I want to ride that track soooo bad !!! That's why I also started a thread to see if Road Atlanta has track days.

Check your other post. I replied about a trackday there with NESBA next month that I plan on attending. I did the KSSS and it is well worth the money. I learned a whole lot and seeing those guys blast that track on the Pilot Powers at race pace was humbling to say the least. And as Chris stated, it does qualify you for a CCS license.

I did bargys school at jennings it was great no rain. You learn so much with plenty of class and track time. You even have a 4 lap mock race at the end of the day. Great instructor.plus any track he teaches a school at you can do practice for 75 bucks and never expire that alone is worth the 325.I have to say i would recommend it to anybody. Take it at jennings it is a great techinal track. I rode pilot powers not the race and they were great. Warm up very fast and get really sticky better than pirelli I think. alot of people was running them. You come back in the pits and spin your tires to release the brakes and the rubber sticks to your hand, and they are cheap 250 a set shipped Best trackday tire I think if you dont have warmers. If you do not ride expert they will be great. Begginers and mid intermidiate should by these dont waste money on full race tire . But thats what i think

Now you should do the Penguin race school in either Jennings or in Homestead. I would do the homestead if I were you.

I did Penguin race school at Jennings and their on-track and in-classroom instruction were no better than what I got riding Beginner class with Sportbike Track Time, which was excellent and way cheaper.
