uh baffles how did you get the zyclone anyhow. the race is about the only thing people get. I've gutted and messed with my TRS but its a race not zyclone. are you SURE is a zyclone? But you need to pop off the rivets at the end, and you'll have to work off the exhaust tip by pulling and wedging. It'll pull out with the packing all in side. do what ever you want, and re-rivet it and your good to go. I think i've taken this one pipe off about 5 times messing with the packing and what not/

its very easy to do, i just did it to my 04 1k to try to get some sound out of it, way too quiet!
i used a self centering drill to remove the rivits on the end cap, then slid the guts out. i have to tell you thou, my original intent was to cut the can and baffle down @ 4 inches. after i opened it up, found that wasnt to easy, the baffles is a series of differnt diam pipe and baffling, not easy to shorten.i tried the can totaly open , was ok , but a little raspy, tried it no baffle ,but with cap on, ok but very hollow and tinny.i endded up making my own baffle with some 2 1/2 dia pipe adaptor on the inlet end, and some serragated tube from a old baffle i had and another adaptor to go from the 2 1/2 to 1 1/2 to fit inside the outlet cap.its definitly a little louder , havent got to ride yet so not sure how it will sound or perform over the whole range, bu tits all i got untill i can save up for a new full system!.. if you want pm me and i can send you pics

about $20 at your local autozone or hardware store. and the rivets are even cheaper. and yes you first have to drill the old ones out. all you have to do is basically break off the cap thats holding thats pinching it toghter, then knock the pin through.
