I got a call at 5:00 Friday night from a buddy of mine saying he had an extra ticket to the game and did I want to go...HELL YES I want to go! We had seats 3 rows off the ice behind and slightly to the left of one of the goals. AWESOME tickets! And we beat Colorado...YEAH!!! On a side note, I was watching Forsberg...what a punk. I'm sure the Colorado fans will say "He's so competetive," and, "He'll do anything to win!" That may be true, but I was right the other day when I said that about them playing dirty. He was hitting people, hooking people and basically interfering with them when the puck was not even near either of them. It's amazing what happens out of camera view... On a positive note, how about Mike Modano?! That was sweet! I also have to admit that I was one of the fans giving Roy a standing ovation. Although I personally don't like him, he is a phenomenal goal tender and I applauded him for surpassing Sawchuck's record (while I was standing, nonetheless!) What a GREAT start to the weekend! Jon T. Flesh 11-19-2002, 11:26 AM Forsberg comes off that way because the only way to defend against him is to take him out. He is raped every game he plays by defenders and he has a real short fuse. He will get pay backs one way or another. Not defending his actions because I do think he gets a little too frustrated but I do see why it happens. He is the best 2 way player in the world, every team knows this and they try their best to take him out but him being as big and tough as he is he tends to go a little overboard.
