I am looking into replacing my stock brake fluid lines with clear ones. Does anyone know what mm size the lines are? I have looked around and cant seem to find any info on it. I have an 01 gsxr-1000. Thanks! http://www.gixxer.com/forums/images/graemlins/smile.gif
Braided hoses are available from Goodridge with a transparent (clear) plastic covering as well as a choice of about 10 different colours.
Just found the bore sizes you were asking about:-
internal bore size - 3.5 mm
external diameter - 6.45 mm (plain braided hose less covering)
external diameter - 7.40 mm (braided hose including covering)

noooo... Im talking about the brake fluid lines that go from your resevoir to your master cylinders... not the brake lines. I have looked for the diameter for both of those and cant find them. Please advise.. Thanks!

Give Fred a call at Yoyodyne he has what you are looking for. I got mine there. Only use rated hose, Brake fluid eats anything else.
