Ignition supply may be your electronic igntion box. Your coils are at the opposite end of the leads connected to the sparkplugs. There would be wiring from the electronic ignition box to each coil.
I would be very wary of making any connections unless you know exactly what you are doing. You could fry a coil, the alarm, or the igntion box. The electronic ignition box is very expensive.

No, you'd connect it to the power supply to the ignition. There should be a 30 amp fuse for the igntion. If you pull that fuse, the bike won't run. You want to splice inline with those wires, so if your alarm is armed, it's the same as having that fuse pulled, i.e. the ignition gets no power and the bike can't run.

For my starter ignition kill looked at bugmans site where he installed a remote killswitch, but instead of splicing the wires to a switch I just routed them to the ignition kill, he has pictures and everything so its really easy to know exactly which wire to cut. On my 02 1k it was the Orange and White wire, I don't know if Suzuki changed it in the later years, but it works great!
