What things have ya'll removed to reduce weight. Besides the no fat chick rule http://www.gixxer.com/forums/images/graemlins/shocked.gif I'm looking to shed a pound or two before track days. http://www.gixxer.com/forums/images/graemlins/punk.gif
What year bike and how much money do you want to spend?
The toolkit weighs a couple of pounds.

2000 750 The tools are were they belong in the box. I'm doing the 520 conv. and thinking about having the rotors cut.

In all seriousness, the cheapest, easiest way to remove the most weight is to eat less cookies. That is, of course, unless you're already an anorexic...

+1
Also get a fibre glass race fairing - that way you can get rid of the heavier stock fairing, the lights (which are pretty heavy), seats, etc. Plus you won't fuck up your more expensive street fairings if you go down...
If you want to make the bike a dedicated track bike, you can also get rid of all the unneeded electrics, including either the battery and starter (but then you have to bump start every time) or, which I have, the generator. Removing the latter saves a lot of rotational mass in the engine and actually makes a big difference - you just have to hook the battery to a charger between sessions... http://www.gixxer.com/forums/images/graemlins/grin.gif

Aftermarket exhaust on that bike will save substantial weight
Aftermarket wheels
Aftermarket subframe and fairing stay
race fairings as SVS said
520 conversion and cut rear rotor will help alot as well.
+1 on the diet . It is a lot cheaper to lose 10 pounds from yourself than the bike.

I say its cheaper to just loose weight yourself by running or something
Forgot to mention a lighter battery.

Get a set of lightweight forged wheels. I shaved a decent amount of weight from that. Get a titanium exhaust. Those are the two main areas where you can save weight off of your bike.
++ On the diet though.
