I just bought a 97' GSXR 750. I now have to get used to laying down on a bike and the high R.P.M.s. When does the power on theese things hit. I can also use any advise on performance upgrades. I guess this was the last year for the carbs on this bike and was wondering if that is good or bad when it comes to performance upgrades. I notice that there is a slight hesitation when I whack the throttle and a slight flat spot at about 4000 r.p.m. It has a Yosi can but no re-jetting has been done. Thanks in advance for the input.
