What are the standard sprocket sizes on a 88 1100. Mine has a 14/42 combination. My 2nd gear pulls to just over 100 mph. Seems a little too tall.I know that the 86's had a 14/47 combo from the factory. But I don't know if there were any transmission gear ratio changes from 86 to 88.

'88 was 14/46 (or very slightly taller than the 86-87). i do not believe the transmission ratios were altered.
