mate can you answer me this... whats with the tan? does it help put emphasis on definition and tone? ive noticed that all body builders are lacquered up and tanned as buggery is that the reason for it?

Yeah the tanning does bring out definition a lot more than straight up white. Much of it is that spray on stuff. Thats why they do it. Your wife looks great SVS!

Man, there are times I miss competing, but then I get one whiff of the pro-tan smell and I remember why I stopped. Well that and I missed beer too much. Congrat's to your wife, she looks very good!

Yep - that and the fact that on stage, if you only have a "normal" tan, you'd look like an albino because of the light...

All of it, actually. Sun or sun bed tanning tends to draw water to under the skin, making you look less defined. What we use is several layers of Pro Tan followed by a layer or two of Dream Tan. It's a sport dude. calm down. They aren't doing it for health. It's for competition. Running 20 miles isn't exactly healthy for the body either but people still do it for the sport. Don't hijack the thread.

Lok at me. I am 276lbs and haven't worked out in MONTHS. I graduated in May from here and am just naturally built. People tell me al the time and its nerve racking. I say " ma'am, I actually haven't worked out in months and months. At least 6months. "

I weigh FAR MORE than you I bet and can run circles around you all day long, lift more than you in ANYTHING, can out endure, have faster reponse times, quicker at short distances, can endure more pain, and to top it off, am FATTER than you in terms of body composition. So in YOUR theory YOUD be healthier than I, when in reality, I am more than you.

Its like a 01 GSXR 1000. Yea, I am heavy, etc and you are like a Katana 600, lighter and "lean" but slow and weak.

Although I am heavier, etc I, like the GSXR 1000, can out perform you anyday of the week.

But keep in mind that you would be fast and hadnling capabilioties are nice, but you can';t compare your " cardio" self to a REAL p[erformance machine.....
