I have to buy a full exhaust system for my GSX-R engined Katana, it has an 1988 GSX-R 1100J motor. I am looking to buy either a Hindle or Remus full system, Stainless headers + titanium muffler. Has anyone used either of these, what are your opinions of both? Is the Hindle worth the price premium over the Remus etc...
Cheers for any help..

If I remember correctly, the Remus pipes tend to be more like stock replacement rather than high-perf and/or significantly lighter, so keep that in mind when thinking on the Hindle.

Based on that, I'd go the Hindle.

In Canada, where Hindle are made, we don't get any price break; gather its the same for you lot with Staintune????

MICRON!! Oh, that wasnt a choice..hmmm. Of the 2 I would use Hindle and have in the past. The Remus is what he said..looks better and a bit lighter than stock but no major power upgrade from what I have seen on the older bikes. Another pipe you might consider is D&D. Have used them many times and loved the power and sound. I only use Micron now..unno why.. images/icons/grin.gif images/icons/shocked.gif images/icons/rolleyes.gif
