I just picked up a 97 Gsxr 600 for trackdays. wondering if anyone has baseline settings for 175 lb rider?

Welp, being that I had a 97 600 gix, and weigh about 5lbs. less than you, umm, that's without gear...I had to do 2 things...upgraded my forks with .90 springs, plus new valves, super plush, and no diving during Hard braking, I also had a new shock mounted with a 425 lb. spring, although you could get by the stocker...

I seriously doubt whether you can get the correct SAG with the stock springs, as the SAG needs to be set in order to fine tune any suspension..
