They were sayin Allah akbar (not for sure of spelling). Basically Allah is great. If you have saw any of the be-heading videos in Iraq, they say the same thing. And that is a Russian Hind. The profile, blades and sound indicate such.

that's an Mi-24 HinD, basically a big tank that flies. It's a Russian helicopter and while I'm sure the missle they fired did some damage it would take more than one to destroy an Mi-24. And yeah those were chechen terrorists, different ethnicity but just as cowardly as their arab and persian counterparts.

The men who behead Americans, though I very much disagree with their actions, ARE revolutionaries. They're fighting an enemy who landed onto their land and they're fighting to the death to protect whatever they feel the Americans are there to take.

Two sides to every conflict. Give some thought to motivation and rationale and it all makes sense. Because these Iraqis aren't fighting on your side, or CNN's side, that's what makes them "terrorists".

He spent seven years in prison there, accused of conspiring to overthrow the monarchy and establish an Islamic caliphate.Then he set up a terrorist (sorry I know you dislike this label) training camp in Afghanistan. He fled to Iraq in 2001 after loosing his leg to a U.S. missile strike.





So here is a terrorist from Jordan, wounded fighting the U.S. in Afghanistan, beheading American civilians in Iraq, bombing Iraqi civilians and you state that he is a "revolutionary" fighting an enemy who "landed onto his land"?

Um....no. My argument is sound. It's not my problem if you're unable to understand that each side has a valid motive (in their own minds and the minds of their followers), that drive them to do what they do with justification. It's all a game of politics.

You've abviously chosen a side, and so have I as a North American, but I understand that war is like a game of chess, and many of the moves can be pre-determined and are justified based on who's side you're on.
