How did you change your tail section to fit a new style rear like that?

Did you do the headlight yourself, or was it purchased like that?

Are you just trying to make a old bike look new, or do you not have the $$ to buy a newer gixxer...just wondering

The tail didn't take that much fabricating to put on really. I had to make a couple of brackets so it could be bolted on from the top of the tail section. also had to trim a few peices off the of the subframe too but the front of the bike took a lot more work

yes, i did the headlight myself, it was originally just a plain race upper with nothing but i molded the projector in with fiberglass, an Arizona Iced Tea can fit perfectly as the mold.

I was actually trying to trick all you guys into thinking it was a 01 gixxer but now that you have figured me out i guess i will make up a new story. I did it because i thought it would look different. i think that styling has come a long way in 12 years so why not put it on my bike if i can. and no i don't have a dime to my name... thanks for asking.
