Yes, and I've seen it done on several race bikes. There's usually is a GMD Computrack trailer at the big races checking/straightening bikes on site.
They are the only company I know of that can measure and bike and straighten it with the accuracy they have.

Yes, they fixed my 04 600 that I purchased crashed. The frame was bent about an inch and it is perfect now.

I don't know all the different things they can do and the costs are for each one. I had my my entire bike/frame measured. It took several hours. We had to remove all the plastics. They fixed several areas that were either tweaked or slightly miss aligned. It cost me $450 for the entire job. Best $450 I've spent on the bike. It definitely drives truer and you can feel the difference when driving her hard.
I'd recommend calling them, telling them what you'd like to get done and ask them what the cost would be.

My neck was tweaked a little and I took apart my complete bike before I took it up there fairings, headers, radiator etc. Mike at computrack charged me $700.
