going to install either power commander or yoshi EMS on my 03 1000. which one is better?

The only reason that the EMS is cooler is cuz you have the option to get the accesory hub and get some extra goodies... The tuning link program make the PC the best. I am checking into getting the map selector for the usb right now. I run one map for nitrous and one for with out nitrous. I lose 5 hp with the nitrous map, but gain 25 when using nitrous. I need the map selector.
