Hi guys! I just got my bike to 1st service.. I read and witnessed the pain on the wrists from the new seating postion of the bike. Today I was talking to a friend of mine who works on them at the dealers and suggested to him what Sport Rider magazine had set the new GSX-R600 suspension settings. From reading it he told me that the front will drop a bit that I won't realize and that the back (thats what i'm concerened with more) said will raise up. I don't know how will it feel? but if its too up and uncomfortable on the wrists then I'll lower it .. soften it a bit. quarter of an inch ~

raising or lowering the front or the back of the bike will change your geometry and will have a profound effect on your handling. i suggest you get your sag set (you can run a search in this forum or club racer on how to set sag) and then ride the bike. start with the front of the bike, raise or lower it by about 5mm's and try it. see how it feels, then go the other way with it, ride it and see how it feels. set it where it feels better for you. then go to the back of the bike, and do the same. (actually, you wont be able to lower the back of the bike with the stock shock, but you can raise it..)
