I wear a 10.5 addidis tennis shoe, was curious if i should get 10.5 boot then?

if these fit anything like the alpinestars smx-plus, i'd say get the 44 or 9.5 (i wear 10.5 in tennis shoes, and the 44 fit me perfectly)

you're in michigan? why not just ask or even stop by sportbiketrackgear?

Give Jason @ STG a call. Ext 210 I believe. He knows his gear and the sizing. Hooked me up and got me the right size on my Supertech Rs.

I wear a 10 shoe all around (gym / work / etc) but mu super tech r's are a size 42!! like them nice and snug

I wear a 10.5 or 11 depends on shoe style and the 10.5 SMX-5 fits me great.

Different Alpinestars boots fit differently unfortunately. For example (and Brian V detailed this in one of those STG video reviews) I fit in a size 46 SMX-Plus boot, but in Supertech R's that would be a size 45 that would fit comparably.

Just gave sportbiketrackgear, and motorcycle superstore a call, and they both suggested 10.5 . So we shall see when i get them!

whatever you do when trying them on - dont walk outside with them or get hte bottom of the boot dirty. The restocking policy exchange -even with the best sites is weird with A* - I was charged a restocking fee with a pair that were too big because I wore them around outside / sat on the bike etc and the A* logo on the bottom got a little dirty / smudged.

I think 10.5 is going to be too big for you're feet... I wear a 13 shoe all day long and A* size 48 (12.5) was dead on. almost roomy.. I was shocked how well the SMX-plus boot fit..

I think the SMX-plus boot is better then the SuperTech R.. I had them both to try on and the SuperTech boot was great, but on my big feet I felt something poking the middle of my foot. I got the SMX-plus and WOW are they nice.. ALOT more comfy then I ever thought and they flow more air then my freaking tennis shoe's did.. almost too cold to wear them on a 70 degree day... that good!!!

Well if you got them from STG you will not have an issue returning the boots.

I sat on my bike my boots and sent them back with zero issue..

Well you guys were right, paid 20 bucks to have them overnighted, showed up this morning. Too big. Called every dealership i could around me to see if any had some in stock, one dealership did, but couldnt trade me, so i ran down and bought the 9.5 44's they had and they fit great. Will be shipping back for refund from motorcycle superstore tommorow. Sucks im out 20 bucks shipping, but local dealership got me them cheaper than anywhere online and they also gave me a good deal on some matching alpine star gloves as well!


So long story short if your looking for these boots, order one size smaller than your shoe size!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! !!!!!!!!

How much were the boots at the other place?? If less then $200 bucks then you got a deal...

strange you had to go a size down. I wear a 10.5 and ordered a 10.5 from Ridersdiscount.com last year....still flawless in performance to this day after tons of use and a few crashes lol. SMX Plus boots are fucking awesome!!
