When hook up the ems with hub and accesories on bike then go to retrieve or get map that is on the ems it tells me i have to load a map. I am not able to just pulled map off the EMS without opening a map? I am not sure if its keeping the map i installed ( sounds like something someone else said). Any help would be apprciated as i am running now the zero map for it.

thats exactly what i wondered... nothing tells if the map is kept ... wierd

I spent about 2.5 hrs outside with bike running to see if it was working. I am soo glad someone else is there to understand what I am saying. Do you have the Hub and shiftlight and 3way map? How do i know if i am toggling thru those maps? I had a pc2 and figured that one out,but this one a lil more. Guess i have to mess with it more

From what I understand, you first have to load a map that is compatible with your EMS before you can download the current map.

So, load a zero map from your computer first. Then retrieve the map from the EMS and if the values change then you know the EMS is keeping the map.

Is that the right direction of help??
