Hey all.

Got a buddy who just bought a new '04 SV650S. He has dropped it lightly a couple times just being off balance and learning.

I've got him convinced to get frame sliders, but I'm having a hard time finding them for the new style SV's.

Does anyone know of a place that does have decent sliders for relatively cheap.

Also, I can't find any fender eliminator kits out there yet. Any ideas on this also?

I've got them too - nice product.

As far as the fender eliminator, I had the factory Suzuki License plate bracket kit installed on my '03 SV1000S before I switched to race bodywork. Bolts in the stock location, uses the stock turn signals and license plate lights, and cost WAAAY less than a fancy undertail - most important it gets rid of that horrible snow shovel they call a fender!

Wow, that factory license plate bracket is tons better than the factory one that comes on the bike!

If you can think of anywhere else that has a decent selection of aftermarked parts for these bikes, let me know. Almost every place I see only has the 650 through 2002.

What kind of aftermarket mods are you looking for?

Best place for you to look would probably be svrider.com.
