My father in-law just bought a 2012 sonata and all i can say is: the Koreans have stepped up their game. Very nice cars and talking to people that have owned previous models all i hear is good reviews.

Yep, my parents had one back in the day and it was a total POS. But here in the last 5 years or so have made the world's automakers take notice.

i had a 2002 hyundai elantra gt. bought wiht 5 miles on the odo. sold it to a good friend of mine wiht 128,000 miles. nothing ever broke. only spent money on mods (and i had a ton of work done), oil, gas, and general maininence. i loved that car.

I've driven a couple of newer Hyundais and they don't feel cheap anymore like they used to in the 90s - feel like quality products, really.

I looked at the Genesis when I was looking for a car. That 400+hp was very appealing but it just feels so big.

That Genesis Coupe has wicked pep, but it doesn't have much capability. For a stock sports car though, it whiped my RSX's ass.
