Also, for sizing, would a 56 be a good fit for 6'1" and around 2010? Usually wear a 44 in suit jackets, thanks

these fit a size loose, so you would drop down one size from where you would normally wear.

i would put you at a 46/56 at your height and weight, so a 54 would be solid for you.
