I'm pretty sure mine is starting to go. I hear the rattling sound after the bike warms up wondering how easy/difficult this is. I know everything is relative to what you know but I feel like and adventure. Also any suggestions what I should replace the stock one with. Thanks Dmitry

Replace the stock one with a manual one from APE http://www.aperaceparts.com
These require some attention though hense manual. You should check your cam chain tension every 3k miles or so by removing the valve cover and cam chain top guide and looking at the chain.
The installation instructions can be found in the FAQ or the Tips and Tricks area's
Not hard to replace the tensioner itself.
