Mudshuvel 04-12-2002, 09:25 AM Just recently bought a 97 GSXR600 and I notice that when I am at a stop light and I shift into first gear it shifts very hard and I can feel the bike jerk a little. I took it to the shop and they told me that maybe it is idling to a little high or I might need to adjust the clutch. Any thoughts? GSXR-Freak 04-12-2002, 09:39 AM Sounds like a good start... Kawasaki's in particular exhibit this kind of behaviour. Look into it though, good luck.
