I need to space the rotors out about 10mm so im going to make a spacer (ring with 6 holes) and put it behind the rotor... My question or concern is if i do push the rotors out, they will not be sitting on that edge (marked with red arrows). Should this be a concern... safty wise if nothing else.
What do u fellaz think?

Have your Machinest start with 15mm thick and turn them to have a lip. Your Rotor bolts have a shoulder that centers the rotor so it should not be a issue though.

Well that was my second option.. but it is alot easier and cheaper to do a regular flat piece but the only problem would be my question above. Would there be more stress on the bolts while braking, if the rotor wasnt on that lip....
