I figured I would try here as a last ditch effort. So my 2000 Jeep Grand Cherokee just started acting up.
1. The headlights won't turn off with the switch, even with the key off.
2. The wipers won't work in the intermittent mode.
3. the highbeams and washer modes both work fine and the switches seem to be ok.

So in the meantime I have to pull the lamp bus fuse from under the hood to not drain my battery when I'm not driving it.

Could there be a relay that is connected to both the headlights and wipers?

Please help!!! I have searched and searched to no avail. :suicide
