Well i was playing motogp last night and i was up for a while and left all my stuff on, xbox ,which is hooked up to the surround sound...when i came back there is a buzzing,,,there is no sound for tv, dvd, radio or games? and its a non stop buzzing....anyone know what it could be? u dont think the speakers are blown do ya? Check for loose connections first, maybe a wired got pulled out a bit.

ALREADY DID...NO SUCH LUCK....WOULD THEY MAKE A NOISE IF I BLEW THEM???

are they hooked into a receiver or... what is the setup like. make sure no one turned the master volume down on the receiver or mute or something..

the dvd player is hooked into my tv and have my xbox hooked up to the dvd player...and it just did this while the game and stereo was on...it just cut to that buzzing....

If you want people to help give all the info :

1) speakers brand
2) what wired into what?
3) amp name and how hooked up (if any)
4) sub has a built-in amp that drives the speakers? (if any)

etc...

Did you try to unplug everything (including all connection and power source) pluging it back in?

nope maybe i'll try that...ummm...its a koss dvd player....its got a built in amp...i am kinda stupid when it comes to this...so its hooked up however it should be...whatever the instructions said...sorry to be so uninformant...
