Ok i know his topic has probably been beaten down alot, but I just put a new ohlins shock on my 97 gsxr 600, i bought it used, but practily brand new, it has only been used a couple of times, anyway, i weigh about 160-165 depending on the day, i am about 5-9, what would be a basic setting on the shock that i can start from, thanks a ton mike

If your not sure how to adjust the suspension, have someone help you. The settings will vary depending on the valving and spring rate.
