What would be the prefered suspension settings for you guys that like to wheelie? Just an sus. starting point would be good.

A CRF 450! If you land a wheelie on the gas to set the front end down gently you wont need to change the settings from your normal riding settings. If you chop the throttle or hit the rear brake and slam down the front end you may want to add some spring preload and or compression damping. Wheelies will not hurt the forks or the fork seals, but it will dent the steering head bearings and will require fequent replacement or a change to a tapered roller bearing.
