Help where in the hell do I find flexable hose (like dryer vent hose) for my race bike? I have tried Semi Truck stores looked at hardware stores and plumbing shops. I am SICK of looking for this stuff, I need help any ideas. I've got a 97 750gixxer. Ideas to substiute the stock air ducts, anything. Thanks

You can't find anything like dryer hoses? It seems like that should work......maybe you should try Home Depot or Lowes. Look in the plumbing section as well. There should be something you can find. Good luck, and let me know what you come up with.

Dyer hose will work like shitty. Get hose that is smooth inside, if it's out smooth ex. dryer vent. There will be alot of trubluence. I read somewhere that 3" tubing has 1/2" of smooth flow.

I was thinking I'd use some pvc piping, much flexier and much tougher than that stupid glass (not fiberglass, just glass) like plastic sh!t suzuki sells, was gonna get some but them things just don't look tough enough for a bad rider like me. I work in a machine shop and was just thinking how I would cap the ends where the inlets are on the front and on the frame.

If you get thin wall pvc you could mold it to the right shape for the inlet and outlet.

Opps sorry yall I should have been a little more specific. What I am thinking is something flexable like dryer vent hose. Trust me I really dont and wont use dryer vent hose. I am just trying to get ideas on what to do to do away to stock style air ducts. What about REAL ram-air, is it worth it? IDEAS images/icons/confused.gif

Why do you want to replace the stock tubes??There are carbon race one's around. And what do you mean by a proper ram air system??Don't you think the stock system works?
