: FMU, n.a tune, ems, and a turbo?

im going to get my bike tuned on monday, nice thing is i have a yosh kit ecu with an ems so i can run 3 seperate maps and toggle between them. ive got a turbo kit for my k1 1000 that im likely putting in over the winter. low boost, 4-5 psi, nothing over the top. heres the question. and im basing these from my experience with building a turbo setup for one of my cars that worked quite well.

can i run the n.a tune with an fmu, rising rate regulator basically thats adjustable from 1:1 to 12:1 and adds fuel based on boost pressure. so would i be safe just throwing that on with the tune for the n.a motor and then using that to compensate for the extra fuel needed? i know with my car i put one on and was able to add fuel with the turn of a dial and it would sufficient for boost.

also with the ems i plan on getting the tune and then using the two free positions for a +5 and -5 fuel map for hot and cold nights or to combat any detonation i may have.

has anyone done anything similar to this? i know that the yosh system cant compensate for boost with map sensor readings and i dont think the power commander can either, but the pc3 is considered junk by many that constantly fails and the pcv isnt available for my gen but some guys are working on adapting one. still i dont think that will read boost either and programming the bike to add a bunch of fuel for boost is pointless because depending on throttle position and boost level youll need different amounts of fuel. thats why im thinking get a tune that works and then add the fmu to it, i know this is all over the place but for those who were able to kepe up with my jibberish, what do you think?
