Hey whats up guys, just wondering if any of you have seen any Shorty Levers on the net. I found the FP Racing Shorties on Ebay but I have never heard of them.

If you all have any feedback or know of a release date for any of the well known lever suppliers let me know. :cheers
Moto_Joe 07-08-2011, 09:40 PM I have FPs, I got them from www.motomummy.com and they are great levers.
I did a full review of them somewhere on this site :lmao
jackal6 07-08-2011, 11:57 PM You can find CRG racing levers from STG
powder13 07-20-2011, 03:24 AM also the 2009 ASV levers fit just fine :thumbup
alexmartinezjr 07-20-2011, 11:55 AM Any word on those "Ride It" levers that are advertised on this site? Are they at par with the oem levers? I'm not really looking for performance levers, just something that are just as good as oem but shorty levers, that are orange haha.
MotoMummy 07-20-2011, 12:28 PM ASV is the only brand that does because of the range of their adjustment. Every other brand has to have a different perch or they won't fit correctly.

That is a true statement! I guess I should have put that part in there.

Can someone help my here? I'm looking for some levers to use on the track (shorties I guess) but confused with the quote above. Does this mean that I can only put ASV levers on my 2011 750? Doesn't seem quite right as others have quoted they have CRG, FP, etc. So what does MotoMummy mean? Appreciate the help, thanks.
Moto_Joe 08-02-2011, 09:41 PM No. That quote was saying that the 2009 ASVs fit the 2011, but none of the other brands from 2009 bikes fit 2011s. I think. That is how I read it.
Ghostrider-L1-750 08-02-2011, 10:12 PM what motomummy said is completely true. with the FP levers i believe you can have custom engraved letters behind the lever for you to see. but personally i went with the ASV levers. why? because i heard nothing but positive feed back from ASV and the fitments are very precise for aftermarket levers, they also have wonderful warranty.
TO ANSWER ALL OF YOUR QUESTIONS, JUST GO ON MOTOMUMMY.COM AND CHECK OUT WHAT THEY HAVE, AND THEN GO TO THEIR FORUM SECTION FOR REVIEWS. good luck with your pick bud.

I just bought the FP's from Motomummy with engraving - good price, free shipping, no tax to CA and a legit dealer. From reading the reviews and articles on-line, they seem to be a huge bang for the buck - very good quality, design & warranty.
98srad6 08-03-2011, 12:01 AM I have crg roll-a-click's from a 09 750... bolted right on???? no problem what so ever
supersport clutch and a radial brake.. now the guy said they came off a r6 but i dont know if that made a difference or not
MotoMummy 08-03-2011, 12:10 AM The supersport clutch is universal so it doesn't matter what it came off of. That's not a "roll a click off an 09" though, it's a universal part. I just wanted to clarify so others don't get roll a clicks off other bikes and just test them. Yes, a universal clutch is fine, but running the wrong standard clutch on the wrong bike can have huge consequences.
The reason it's universal is that it comes with it's own mounting hardware to mount to the clipons. Standard leves are very specific as to what bike they can mount on.

:dunno sorry moto.. thanks for informing me.. i was told it was universal but didnt know for sure...
i m a newbie, does these shorties give any performance improvement or only for show
MotoMummy 08-03-2011, 11:27 AM They are adjustable so if you can adjust them to a better position and be more comfortable, they could give a performance gain. Also you can adjust the levers out to compensate for brake fade or what not on the track. They are mostly cosmetic and for adjustability though. Only you know if the oem adjustments suck for you though.

I'm also assuming that for track use if you do go down shorty levers would be somewhat protected by the bars or put another way - less prone to damage than a long lever? (I know it depends on crash but in general is my assumption right?) Cheers,
