I'm asking specifically for 750 with no engine upgrades (heads and stuff I know nothing about) but any bike, stock, canned, jetted, full exhaust, internal work, 600, 750... if you have had a dyno run, please chime in.

I have Yosh RS-3 full race, airbox mod, K&N, custom PC map, my 98 750 did 117.4

I know it will push more though since there was no ram air effect in that run... the bike runs stronger than my friends 900RR and he pushes 120

Thanks guys... keep em coming. I heard that if I was on a budget, a slip on and jet kit will do ok... looks like Katz's 94 rwhp proves just that.

1997 gsxr600 - 14k miles
1st dyno run - all stock w/ a yosh slip on: 85 hp

2nd dyno run - d&d ceramic header, venom carbon fiber exhaust, k&n filter, factory jet kit: 86 hp images/icons/frown.gif

3rd dyno run - after a valve adjustment: 96 hp images/icons/grin.gif

it sucks having next to no compression in one cylinder and low compression in the other 3 cylinders!

Just dynoed mine this weekend:

1997 GSXR600 = 91hp with K&N and Yosh Slip-on with 15K miles on the engine.

I'm told my carbs needs to get dialed in cuz my A/F ratio is all over the place. I might need a valve adjustment too. What sucks is I just had my bike tuned up.

96 750 engine/ k&n/yosh bolt-on. get this,
one week ago - 117.8 hp
then on another dyno this week - 105 hp ???
no mods in between dynos and bike doesnt feel any different, 12.8 hp is noticable, its more than a 10% difference in numbers. so i gotta say, its tough to compare dyno numbers unless its the same dyno/dyno operator/etc.

Had my bone stock 98 750 dyno'ed at 116.8, but since then have added K&N, fully muzzy pipe, block off plates(took that PAIR crap off), 520 conversion. Still have to do the TRE mod and airbox mod. Will get dyno'ed again to see outcome.

I had my '98 750 dynoed at 122.7 HP with just a yoshi slip on and K&N airfilter in Dec of last year. Since then I put a full Akrapovic and pcII on, not sure what's it putting out now.

96 750 (36,000 miles), 108 hp on 'Factory' Eddycurrent dyno=124 dynojet hp (15% higher according to 'Factory' owner Mark Salvisberg). Yosh duplex, st-1 cams, airbox mod, 'factory' jet kit, +4 degree advancer, K&N filter, pump gas, hiflow oil filter, mobil 1 oil. I think it should do an honest 170mph (sigma sport speedo) and I will find out this summer. images/icons/wink.gif

Addendum to 108 Eddycurrent run, the jetting was very lean above 10krpm, I have since richened per shop suggestions and it feels much stronger on top.

97 600 - Mine ran 88hp w/ full exhaust system (Leo Vince).
But I am above 6000 ft in elevation, so I lose quite a bit of power up here.

I dynoed my 97 600 a couple of months ago. It put out 85hp with a slip on. I wasn't too impressed. It has close to 30k miles though.

My 750 put out 120 at the tire on a low reading dyno.. We will see when I put her back together this time.. http://www.gixxer.com/forums/images/graemlins/smile.gif It will be fun.

I dyno'd my bike a few months ago. We did 3 runs and the average was 93hp. The last run read almost 97hp. All runs we're done in 3rd gear all the way to red line. Only mods done to the bike was a Yosh RS3 slip-on and a K & N air filter. I had a shop a while back tune the carbs and they played with the adjustments a little to sqeeze a little extra horses out of my bike. Not too bad for a 600.

'98 600 103 bhp

Mods:
K&N Filter
Tornado Exhaust
520 conversion (-1 front)
Yoshimura Cams
High compresion Pistions (12.9)
Gas flowed

oh, and Goodridge Kevlar hosing

The guy that did the tuning said it could be pushed up to about 107, maybe even more, but that would make the midrange useless (???)

With only an Arrow full pipe on ,my 98 750 was pushing out 117 hp...(after being corrected for altitude) ...as i live 1600 metres above sea level i believe it loses about 18% power.

my '97 750 ran 113hp after full D&D and jet kit adjustments. about 6,000 miles. The jet kit got rid of the popping noise on deceleration and smoothed out the curve great.

98' 750 with full hindle high mount, k & n filter, airbox mod, 520 chain conversion (-1 up front), and a remaped stock computer did 118.5 hp. I just slapped on some cams and had a valve job done to it. along with the tre and blocked off the emissions crap on the head... ripped all that junk off. pc2 with a map from the pc website that supposedly dynoed 135 horse. we'll see once I redyno her how she does! http://www.gixxer.com/forums/images/graemlins/thumb.gif

97-750 I dynoed about 3 months ago with a very "Hi pressure day" is what the dyno-guy said and I got 121.2hp!!!! http://www.gixxer.com/forums/images/graemlins/banana.gif
He said the air was a little dense so it might have been about 2-4 hp above what it should be.

I only have a RS-3 Yoshi pipe and that is it as far as performance. The rest is all cosmetic on my bike!! No jet kit or K&N or anything!!!

I think it should have been about 117hp for my year with 5500 miles!!! http://www.gixxer.com/forums/images/graemlins/thumb.gif

My 2000 GSXR600 (last year SRAD style) Produced 93hp
Full DD exhaust
+4 advance
Dynojet carb kit
KN filter

My 2002 GSXR750 with slip on Yoshi and KN made 117hp on a different dyno. I think it reads low.

My 98 750 with only a bolt on Yosh round can did 119hp on a Dynojet model 100 dyno. COMPLETELY stock otherwise. Not even a new map.
