Got a 600k1 and thought it handled pretty well, better than I can anyway! What would you recomend for a 15stone guy the rides the bike every day for work? Also can someone explain what all the different adjustments are called/do??

at 15 stone your a little heavier than me. you could add a couple clicks on your compression. but first set your sag. you can go to the club racer forum and check out THE SUSPENSION ARTICLE for details on how to set your sag. you could also raise the rear ride hieght a few mms.

compression- how fast the suspension compresses under load

rebound- how quickly the suspension comes back after being compressed.

preload- this is your sag, it determines what the load is your own bodyweight puts on the bike and it needs to be in a certain range(sag). this is a pretty general statement, but it explains it simply.
