Is there a way to put a pic on the desktop of a pocket PC? I have an HP iPAQ h1945. I have installed gigabar, cuase it said it had skins and schemes, and thought that would do it, but it was not quite what I was looking for.

There are a couple ways, you could make your own, or download premade ones. But they are themes, not backgrounds.

Microsoft also released a theme rotator that rotates all the themes on a set interval, I just cant find the link off hand. Its great though.
