I promised before and after pics to everyone! So here goes. Here is the list of all the things I have replaced or improved on this bike. The history goes; I bought this bike for three grand and didn't know crap about bikes. Well a little. I had a 93 Suzuki gsx 600 f. Well I got ripped off. Once I actually started looking into the bike to improve it I realized there was so much wrong with it, I couldnt turn back.... Moral of the story? never buy a stunt bike unless you want to stunt! New engine came after I spun a bearing on the old one. Got a great deal from a friend on the forum and have been rebuilding my other. It is a long story I have chosen for breaths sake to omit parts of. Anyway without further a due...

engine (new/used from thefish1977)
front end (06 gsxr 1000 conversion)
-asv levers
-aftermarket fully adjustable clipons (i think theyre vortex)
-all the controls from the 05-06 1000 (electrical had to be modified at pin connectors.)
-billet aluminum cnc gsxr spike grips
-braided steel brake lines(front)
-race tech gold valving
new wiring harness
-main and headlight
new headlight
turn signals (smoke)
integrated tail light/turn signals
fender eliminator
cluster/gauges
mirrors
windshield
all fairings
tank
subframe
subframe tray
all electronics aside from cpu
cnc gsxr stator cover(not installed yet)
seat covers front and back from ht moto
ram air ducts
05-06 carbon fiber front fender
new tires (perelli diablo)
+2-1 vortex sprocket and 520 xring chain (i think thats the gearing...)
yoshimura trs exhaust slip on with stock header
powder coated frame, subframe, swingarm gloss black
which btw the guy who did that f'ed it up and didnt prep the frame right so there are imperfections there... I want to try for some carbon fiber frame protectors to kinda cover that up...
painted fairings flat black
spike black frame sliders (POS! caps ie spikes fell off while cruising)
black and carbon fiber swingarm sliders
HID lights 30000k green

And btw thanks to everyone here for all their support! This community is full of ridiculously intelligent and passionate people.

Thanks! its been alot of heart ache but finally its going and together. They are doing some remodeling out at our local track in Spokane and it should open in April. I would like to head out there and check out that scene! sounds like a blast. I guess the old track ad a few really bad corners and some people had a lot of problems. Anyway, its nice to have a fully functional bike that doesn't give me any problems. feels good to do this kind of thing for myself as well.

I showed my godfather and he was like you need to paint that shit! I was like haha no. black on black with a splash of chrome is nice. I would like to get some nice after market rear sets and powder coat the passenger sets. I have seen some pretty weird stuff done to bike detail wise, so im working on it. I want to put 05-06 gen mirrors on there but i dont know about the sag on them. kinda makes the bike look sad instead of fierce. so i wana fab up some kind of shim or bracket for the to mount to the right way.... If anyone has any ideas feel free to share...
