found someone parting out an rr and he has the mirrors from it, but he won't let me test-fit/ride with them to see how useful they are... does ne1 know if they actually work?

The mirrors changed almost every year.....it is the nut spacing you need to worry about. The 750' are like this. 86-87 same, 88-90 same, 91-92 same, 93-95 same, 96-00 same. The 1100 uses a little different upper fairing stay, but the spacing should be the same for the 750 counterpart.

86-90 uses about 2" spacing, the 91-95 uses about 1 1/2" spacing.
