When coming out of a corner and giving it full throttle, the bike feels like it bogs down for about a second or so, and then starts powering out of the corner like it should. It only seems to happen in 1st/2nd, and seems to happen at various speeds (anywhere from 30 -> 80km/h). I don't _believe_ it happened before I changed my clutch cable a couple of weeks ago, but can not be 100% certain. I don't think the clutch is slipping though, it doesn't feel like it is, and I've loosened the clutch cable to the point where the lever doesn't have to be fully out for the cable to go slack, and it still seems to happen. Any suggestions on where I might look?

Done spark plugs, filter, oil etc. less than 1000 km's ago.

Did you use a torque wrench to torque your new spark plugs? I have had loose plugs causing my bike to bog in the past (after my dyno pull)

Yeah, that might be it. I changed the spark plugs, no different. The problem is slightly worse now. It's backfiring occasionally when idling, or slowing down with closed throttle.

The "stuttering" issue is at the point now where once I get to about 6000rpm with wide open throttle, it just wont rev any higher unless I close the throttle. This even happens sometimes (not everytime), with the clutch in, and wide open throttle.

Any easy way to test the fuel pump other than changing it?

Service manual 5-6 to 5-8. The flow test is probably the more important one. It does sound like a clogged filter. See 5-11

Pinched fuel line, bad filter, or bad pump
