I've heard mixed opinions on these things... Anyone know the real deal???
Occasionaly I'll sit in the steam room for 10min after a heavy lifting session to losten up. Am I wasting my time? It sure relaxes the hell outta me, but if it's at the cost of muscle loss, I'd prefer to leave it out. I make sure to get plenty of water, and don't do it on cardio days....
