2 actually...
Sometimes after I lift and b4 I drink my shake I get really bad indegestion...I haven't had anythink that would bother me and I never get it from food, just sometimes when I do a good hard chest workout....
Second part....
Why everytime I do my bicep back work out do I feel so much more sore in my arms than when I do my other days..I don;t feel like I am over doing it and I don;t have any pain after lifting but the next day, not when I wake up, but after lunch my arms in my elbow area on the inside starts to get sore and I can;t flex my arm straight completly sometimes... I am not doing massive wieghts and I don;t think I am doing to much so any suggestions on what I should do??? I am doing curls and then the back excirse machines....
Thanks....

i get the indegestion/acid reflux thing on leg days usually, most likely from cranking down my lifting belt really far. puts lots of pressure on my gut. i cant eat anything within 1 hr of leg days cuz of it. not sure why you get it on chest days tho... possibly cuz your laying down?
as for biceps.. sounds more like tendons and connective tissue thats giving you a problem. your bicep may be able to handle teh weight but your tendons cant, thats why they get so sore. try going a bit lighter for a couple of weeks then go back up and see how they feel. usually for me, the next day or 2 i cant keep my arm bent like holding my cell phone for more than a few mins at a time. muscles start to feel pumped and tighten up quite a bit. also for me, soreness usually doesnt start to set in until 18 hrs after lifting.

This is why I never do back and bi's in the same work out...when doing back...bi's are your secondary muscle getting worked. I don't like to do two pull movements in one day...try spliting them up with about 1-2 days in between...

Interesting...I guess I always see triceps/ chest and biceps/back as the same day routine....Might need to think about this for awhile......

If you do you biceps prior to back you'll not do justice to your back. It sounds to me like you're doing damage to your arm, likely something in your back routine. With your biceps exhausted perhaps you're putting unwanted strain on your elbows.
Here's a novel idea......how about doing back work first, following up with one or maybe two, all out sets tops, on just one bicep exercise like barbell curls.
Your elbows are trying to tell you something....listen.

Yer back is such a large muscle group it should really be done on its own...Chest and bi's together has always been one of my favs.
I have never been able to do back and bi's on the same day. I am just to weak after back-guess I am just a puusy.
You might want to try just an arm day or shoulders and arms.

My arms are probably to weak to do all of that at once also...I probably will do a just arm day and see what happens...

Well...been lifting for bout 20 years now...over that time I have experimented with all kinds of regiments...everything from workin out every other day...to doing each body part twice a week...what I fainally came up with that really works well for me is...
Chest and Bi's
Quads
Back and Hams
Shoulders and Tri's
I normally don't do calves...genetically they grow with the tredmill alone http://www.gixxer.com/forums/images/graemlins/tongue.gif
I do this with a 2 days on 1 day off sched. Which means theres a days rest between Quads and Back...and a days rest after shoulders and tries before a start the rotation over again.
