When I built my last computer I decided to get an external hd to help with backups - dvdrs are nice but they do fill up quick. What I did was get a external drive enclosure and used a hd from my old system. Much cheaper this way IF you have a hd to use. It can also be cheaper than if you have to buy a hd also, alot of companies add alot of money for external option. I purchased the Eumax USB2.0 external box and then used a Western Digital 80 gig hd.

yea thats cool i found a good deal online like 200GB usb2.0 interface plug and play for like $150, ima go witht hat thanks tho and i really don't have another HD
