Are you sure? I've been wondering, because if so, I'm just going to buy one built for an 08 as well.

I've been shopping around for R55's for a while. The pricing on the 08 ones are way cheaper than the 06-07 ones, something's not right.

I am a sure as Yoshimura is. I have called them 3 times to make sure it will work.

Their answer, for the GSXR 06-10 they have to different header types. The 06 model R-55 has the older header that they said wont fit any other years.

The 08 has the newer style header that will work on all the years. :cheers

I might give them a call. Makes no sense that the obsolete model is more expensive.

Prices are reflected on ebay too, though cheaper for both.

I dont know honestly I work for a shop and know that the prices are different.
