This is a buddy's bike with a brief description.......
Had 3 runs on stock cans at 157 twice and a 158, and with the gytr's on there we had 3 runs all in a steady 159 with the lowest being a .3 and the high was a .8 so there was only a 2hp gain I would say with no pcIII just the cans added as soon as one is ready I will repost the new char which we all know will jump up over that 160 mark i am sure, even tho it is only 2hp you can really feel it pulling harder now.And also as you can see from the bounce in the bar there we lost some i am sure but his straps were shit so next time I am going to take my good ones so it wont bounce!

Where is Southwest Superbike located? I used to go to Cyclewerkz in Carrolton...but I hear that they have closed shop..Looking for a new tuner...Have you had much work done with them and what is the quality of their work?

Cycle Werkz has not closed shop, they have just moved. They moved to Fort Worth, don't have the address off hand. But Southwest Superbikes????? My personal opinion........I would by a fucken quart of oil from them. I don't care for their service, nor their knowledge of bikes. They will rob a blind man sitting on a street corner asking for change in a cup. I will take the time to get my bike to Scott at Cycle Werkz, no one else will ever work on my bike beside me or him, and if I do something, it will be because Scott suggested it......

Appreciate the info...I have heard some bad things about SW....Most of my work is done by Scott...He does great work and it is right...I guess I will have to make the trip out to Ft Worth...

i did a roll on with a buddy of mine the other day and he has a 04 r1 it is still stock, i have a 01 1k with bolt on work no internal mods at all ( all work was done by lee's performance) ok here goes we were doing a roll on at 40mph from 2nd gear (so i thouhgt just keep reading) he hit then i hit it and this thing pulls about 2 bikes instantly & is still pulling to about a total of 3 to 3 and a half bikes hard. so im at redline now and i hit third and i can she that he is shifting also, by now im making up the ground and walking away from him. the whole time im thinking he did a 2nd gear roll on this clown was in first, clever nonetheless. he said his bike dynoed at 157.8. with a good tuner like lee i still don't think the new bikes are gonna be to much to worry about, taken seriously yes but not to be feared.
