CanuckChuk 08-09-2010, 10:00 PM But this one;

anyone seen this system to know how much fab it would take to make it work?
Novadesigns 08-10-2010, 05:15 PM If the pipe diameters are the same, it shouldn't be that hard to fit it. It is a pretty cool exhaust. Why not give M4 a call, they are nice people. :)
cpd419 08-13-2010, 11:59 PM I got a yoshi slip on that does away with the cat and everyone I ride with says it sounds awsome, not too loud but a racebike sound. I got it for $300.00 shipped new but it is a one side exhaust. It is the stainless longer version.
TheBigKahuna 08-28-2010, 08:33 AM Depends on whether ur going for looks or for power. For looks I like the short GP style mufflers. i put some hotbodies on mine because they were nice and short, good weight loss, decent hp gain(like 5), and they sound bad ass race style. If you just want the best horsepower period, HMF makes a slipon that gained almost 14hp on the dyno, it looks really cool, but it makes the bike a single sided exhaust and its a full size can, but the can looks sweet. I havent seen even a full system that got that kind of gain. P.S. Yosh is is overpriced crap. Why any1 would pay $1000 and get only 4.5 hp is unbelievable. Keep paying for that name tag on the can.

not to be an ass but you just paid a couple hundred dollars for some polish slash cut pipes when them pips are actually worth $15-$45 max...now thats over price..

so does that mean your hotbodies exhaust makes more power than yoshi full exhaust?...

i must have been living under a rock for quite sometimes but can you show an actual dyno of the exhaust making that hp on a gsxr 1000?...not what the company claims...
MotoMummy 08-28-2010, 02:43 PM If you understood how dyno's worked you wouldn't put any faith in those numbers. Yosh is actually damn good stuff. Did all of the manufacturers you listed all put these exhausts/bikes on the same dyno the same day? If they didn't then you can't compare them one bit. also which ones used fuel controllers and which didn't? Also which ones took steps to manipulate their dyno and get higher numbers and which ones didn't? hp numbers are so easy to manipulate on a dyno that you should put little faith in them.

oldfart01 08-28-2010, 03:21 PM I'm with Mummy. My last mapping sessions went 2 days. From a warm afternoon to next day, cool, crisp, dry, morning, everything else the same. 4 hp increase with the first pull. Let alone different dynos, elevations, weather, fuel controllers, variances between individual bikes, etc. Your numbers really mean nothing when you are randomly pulling them from all over. You could have a 10 hp difference just by going to a different dyno.
yoshi, cyclone carbon (no hanger req.):cheers
dshaw42085 09-01-2010, 07:59 AM That one looks pretty good. My friend has a K7, and for some reason, he's stuck on getting a full dual system.
Blazin07 09-01-2010, 12:43 PM ^^^ thats how i am.. i have a dual yoshi r-77 setup... its different than most bikes... i like the dual yoshis
dshaw42085 09-01-2010, 12:58 PM That's exactly what my friend wants I believe.
CanuckChuk 09-05-2010, 03:46 PM ended up with this one. Wasnt really my best choice but found a great deal and now pretty happy with it. Like that it has removeable silencers for optional sound.

M109R2K7750 09-06-2010, 11:01 PM might want to check out the V&H CS One, just put one on my 2 week old K7 1000 with Zbomb. Sounds awesome without being too loud, and omg it woke the bike up!!! It is also a very light system that removes the stock cat.... I have a yellow bike with the black exhuast. Heres a link: http://vanceandhines.com/products/sport-cs1slipon/Suzuki/gsxr-1000/cs-one/csone.html
they look good,i like the black, btw pics please !!!!!
glenngw3 09-07-2010, 09:08 AM I know everyone seems to dislike them, but I have a taylormade exhaust on my 07 1000. I love the look and sound of this exhaust. Just my opinion. Good luck
vr6piloot 09-18-2010, 01:42 AM still happy with these............http://i53.tinypic.com/nwak2q.jpg
Boxmonkey 09-18-2010, 02:08 AM Ozy, do you have a part number for that exhaust? I can't find it on the yoshi site.
COMEBACK 09-18-2010, 04:11 AM Never mind the exhausts. Their still very good machines but as for looks everything has kind of gone backwards after the K5/6 IMHO.
cehowardrx7 09-20-2010, 02:47 PM still happy with these............http://i53.tinypic.com/nwak2q.jpg
