Does anyone know of a program that can rename a huge list of files all at once? Like 2,000 of them?

psh I don't know of any but i'd like to know of one that will do that with the ability of numbering them like 00000001.jp and so on...goto organize the digital pics!

I was thinking of batch files too, but it's been awhile since I did any msdos batch programs. I'm a little rusty...
