Your program has really helped me out...If I could cut out all alcohol it would be even better but I still have a few on the weekends...

But my progress is really good...

My wieght when I started was 188 I am now 180 but I am more Toned.. http://www.gixxer.com/forums/images/graemlins/grin.gif
Also when I started I maxed out on bench at 175 and now I am up to 230!!! http://www.gixxer.com/forums/images/graemlins/banana.gif My brother couldn't even believe how fast I gained muscel and strength...

Also my endurance is great...Well until I tried to join the ladies in the aerobic/wieght room... http://www.gixxer.com/forums/images/graemlins/crazy.gif

The one that oldgixxer gave me plus using my bowflex....I don't remeber all the names I just do the workout....
But I use to workout so it didn;t take as much as I thought to get me back in shape...

So, do you use free weights or just your Bowflex?

I was only using the bowflex when I maxed at 175 and that was about 6-8months ago and I never could get over that I guess b/c resistance isn;t as good as true wieghts...

I got on oldgixxer's plan and I got a membership shortly after..I did the 230 max about 2weeks ago w/ my brother and he couldn;t believe the increase...

Just proves that the bowflex will keep you in good shape but if you want more strength and definition free wieghts and machine wieghts are much better!!!!

Well I don;t want to get huge just bigger so if you have a workout for that send it my way..Also a meal plan again if you have one that will help in that way as well...

I rather be ripped over bulk but I will take either...
Now if I could only get rid of the beer on the weekends????
