Sorry to hear about your loss bro. Best thing you can do for his memory. Be a smarter rider. Gear, behavior and the way you carry yourself on that bike. That's the way he would want it for you, to be smarter when riding. Far out weighs a stupid and meaningless sticker on a windshield. Out of curiosity was he geared up or speeding ? If he had little gear on or not, he would want you to learn from his mistake. Same on the speeding issue. I dont know the exact situation and I'm not implying that he had no gear on or he was speeding. But, even though someone pulls out in front of you or not. A lot of times those things can be avoided by doing the speed limit. Sometimes they can not. Not saying that was or wasn't your buddy's case, but it's something for you to learn. That's the best memorial you could give him. That sticker means not one thing. You'll show your love to him by your actions on that bike. More importantly, educate others on gear and how to act on that bike. And be ready and willing to give those people the hundreds of consequences for not being fully geared up or not acting properly when they are on two wheels. Even if they will not listen, do that. That would mean more to him. Push yourself and others around you to do the right things on a bike. And be a good student to learn and teach as much as you possibly can. That sticker will prove nothing. Once again, sorry bro. :cheers

I dont know exactly how fast he was goin, he was about to go over a bridge and gave it a good twist think the suv may have ran the stop sign. He hit the back corner of it and spun it around twice blew out every window except the windshield. He had only a helmet that cracked wide open He was speeding but we were 19 years old and didnt know any better, not tryin to prove anything with a sticker just think it would be cool. Me and my other friend sold our gixxers but i will have another down the road.

I understand man. You all made a mistake. We all make mistakes. And sometimes we pay for our mistakes in a very big way. Not trying to be a dickhead in the slightest way. But, going by your explanation. That car didn't pull out in front of your buddy. Your buddy hit a car pulling out. A lot of people might disagree with me on this, but I agree that you and your other friend sold your bikes. You don't wont to ride with that on your mind and it might be better for you both to grow from it a little bit for a couple of years. Smart thinking, if you weren't forced. :cheers

Wasnt forced we both promised eachother we would get rid of them but after spending a little time at the track this summer watchin the races im really starting to miss the gixxer. Ill be lookin to get another maybe next summer he started riding because of me and i doubt he would want me to puss out and stop riding but after all of this ill be alot more responsible and keep the fun to the track.

Smart thinking brother, encourage others around you to do the same. No need to stop riding in my opinion. Just start riding smarter. Good luck man.
