Since school started I've been falling short of what I was doing, particularly bench, before I left but Today was GREAT.

I started with Bench

5 x 275 forced rep on the last one
3 x 280
2 x 290 a little help on second

This is the first time in nearly two months I've been able to do that http://www.gixxer.com/forums/images/graemlins/grin.gif

Moved on to incline dumbell press

8 reps with the 90s , the usual

did another set of 8, no problem

Then time for the third set, It just so happend that when I was ready to go everybody else around me was resting, do it was like "all eyes on me" and I was really pumped, so I did 8. Then I was like, Fu*K it I can do more. I managed to pop out 2 more for a total of 10.

Thats the first time I have ever done that. I Kinda wish I would have went with a higher weight, mabey next week.

Fly's

1 set with the 50s, 2 with the 55s

Pullovers with a 75, nothing special

I'm up to about 182lb, It's seems to be a musclar gain so I'm not really complaining, but I like to stay at about 175. So I guess I'll have to stop being lazy and loose some fat.

I know some people couldn't care less but I'm really pumped right now and I had to share http://www.gixxer.com/forums/images/graemlins/thumb.gif

good for you bro!! i feel the same way when i have a good day.. espcially recently by incline db has gotten better, i can pick up the 90s and knock out a set of 6 on my own then usually on set of 4-5. also proud that my miltary press has gone up 20 lbs in the last month or so. im up to 185 on the counter weighted smith machine for 6-8 reps no spot. http://www.gixxer.com/forums/images/graemlins/punk.gif

I'm 5'8, Not really that lean by any means, I could probobly get down to the 160's if I was to do cardio. I'm not FAT but I could stand to loose a few founds, I have pretty lean arms /sholders /legs I just have sort of a "beer belly", I don't drink however. Pushin" 225 for 12 is good, I can do 3X10 at 225 but I'm usually getting tired and struggling on the last set http://www.gixxer.com/forums/images/graemlins/crazy.gif

I love to military press, that is my favorite exercise. Of the rack mp. seems to be becoming a lost art, like squats. In my gym we have like 4 flat benches 8 different calf machines, but only one military press rack.which hardly gets used http://www.gixxer.com/forums/images/graemlins/dunno.gif 185 is good most guys I see on the smith never get past like 135.

Yeah, I got a membership to golds, I got a student discount and only paid 300 dollars for a year, I had to pay it all up front but 25 dollars a month beats 40+.
