I have a little problem with my Bazzaz and thought someone might have an idea of what might be going wrong.

Gear Position when using my Bazzaz software does not recognize any gear when testing in the garage. I tested this weekend on the track and did not function, so I went back to manual upshifts. So I asses that my QS will not operate without recognizing the gear.
I know the GPSensor appears to be working correctly due to that I have disconnected the sensor connection where the bazzaz connects and the indicator at the dash goes blank. Then reconnect while the bike is powerd up and the gear indicator then returns.

I have done continutity checks from the sensor back to the ECU and the Bazzaz and the checks out ok.
I have done the pin out with bazzaz over the phone and the wires are in the correct positions in the harness.

I dont know what else to say. Could it be a software flaw? Or is there an output from the dash back to the Bazzaz?

What am I missing?

Took of the GPS and gave her a good cleaning and still not functioning properly. What next, replace the sensor or try the TRE to trick it into thinking it is in 5th?

I have contacted Bazzaz again and I am returning the unit for them to look at. It all seems a bit strange to me.
