This is really starting to bug me..

Long story short:
Few months ago battery died on my and FI light was flashing.. Got the Battery charged and its been fine for 3 months now...

the light is starting to come on now again when its started from a long sit.. and stays on..

I put the battery on a charger last night.. today.. no FI light!

Question: Can the FI light trip if there is something wrong with Stator or Rec?

also.. Problem seems only to occur on hotter then normal days.. .

I've had the exCVA (SET) valve not set properly when the battery is low before. That said, why not pull the code?

yea if they are weak and not sending/receiving the proper signals to/from the ECU or if they are causing something else to break down in the electrical chain.

If takes 5 minutes to check the FI code and find the problem.

It takes 20 minutes to go to the store and buy/replace your battery.
