Well, some might remember I posted about my b/f being on a diet. He's doing great, even better than i thought actually. I pack his lunch daily, and I know he's eating it. He has come home hungry a few times, but nothing too bad. It's just because he doesn't get time to eat an afternoon snack.

But here's the thing. He keeps thinking about all of the stuff he can't eat. I need some recipes, etc... of foods he can eat. Last night he had some flounder and crab meat, and some brown rice, and a salad. But I also need recipes that are easy to make, not alot of ingredients. I saw a good one for pizza... use whole wheat pita, f/f mozz. cheese, broccoli or whatever veggies you like (onions, peppers) and a dolop of sauce. Is this a good one? THink it would be bad for him to eat?

I know chicken, and there's only so many ways to grill it up. Pork? Whatelse fellas? I'm just starting to be a good "cook" so i'm game for whatever you have. I"m afraid he's going to get bored on the chicken/tuna/crab meat, salad, fruit, cot.chz... fast!

Helppppppp! http://www.gixxer.com/forums/images/graemlins/dunno.gif

one of my favorites is Fajitas.. But I use regular shells..

you can buy the carb watchers taco shells or maybe even wheat ones..

I buy tons of boneless, skinless chicken breast, take some onions, peppers, chop them up and grill them.

We have one of those convection oven thingies(haha) so I dont add any oils or anything to it, just a little pam..

Thats pretty good, otherwise this will be anything and everything you can think off.. If you have time to read it all.. haha.
Hope that helps..

Thanks so much. I've read through most of the pages, printed them, and highlighted the ones I want to try. I"m even going to try some of the tuna melts substituted with crabmeat? Awesome thanks!!!
