Well, some might remember I posted about my b/f being on a diet. He's doing great, even better than i thought actually. I pack his lunch daily, and I know he's eating it. He has come home hungry a few times, but nothing too bad. It's just because he doesn't get time to eat an afternoon snack.
But here's the thing. He keeps thinking about all of the stuff he can't eat. I need some recipes, etc... of foods he can eat. Last night he had some flounder and crab meat, and some brown rice, and a salad. But I also need recipes that are easy to make, not alot of ingredients. I saw a good one for pizza... use whole wheat pita, f/f mozz. cheese, broccoli or whatever veggies you like (onions, peppers) and a dolop of sauce. Is this a good one? THink it would be bad for him to eat?
I know chicken, and there's only so many ways to grill it up. Pork? Whatelse fellas? I'm just starting to be a good "cook" so i'm game for whatever you have. I"m afraid he's going to get bored on the chicken/tuna/crab meat, salad, fruit, cot.chz... fast!
